Rare Cosmos pattern milk jug or creamer made by Consolidated Lamp & Glass from around 1890 to 1910. Cosmos is a famous and very popular early American pressed milk glass pattern (EAPG) with raised colored flowers made in the United-States at the turn of the 19th century. Beautiful raised grid pattern with flowers in pastel colors of blue, yellow and pink. Applied handle. Cosmos was also made by the Westmoreland Glass Company. Pattern also known as Wild Rose, Stemless Daisy and Consolidated Daisy.
This small antique milk glass pitcher or milk jug is made of white milk glass, with a detailed, all-over lattice pattern, and a nice raised pattern of hand painted pastel (pink, blue and yellow) flowers design . This is a beautiful Cosmos piece in excellent condition of Victorian era manufactured glass!
